If you struggle with poor posture and would like to release tight muscles in your body that are causing you pain and keeping you from enjoying your activities then check out my 21 day Somatics 4 Pain Relief Course. 

This course is recorded so you can do this course at your own pace. I have arranged it so that every 3 days you will be able to access a new movement, giving you 7 movements in total to explore. These movements take approximately 10  minutes a day.

 

On day 21 you will receive a full 30 minute Somatic class using the movements you have learned throughout the course.  After the 21 days you will have full access to all of the course for a lifetime.
