Slow down, reconnect, and rebuild inner support through mindful movement and nervous-system care.

Mindful movement can help to support stability, reducing tension, and build strength and balance.

This mini retreat includes:

  • Mindful movement for stability and balance through Gentle Yoga

  • Myofascial release to soften tight areas and improve mobility

  • Somatics (accessible movements to release tension and feel good in your body)

  • Breath awareness to calm the nervous system

  • Yoga Nidra for deep rest for both body and mind

If you’ve been feeling depleted or overwhelmed or just need a few hours to gently move your body and release some tension, this retreat offers space to restore balance, reset, and build resilience

.

Join me and give yourself time to reconnect and restore and feel nourished.

The location will be at The Helga Beer Yoga Studio at 1600 Bay Street, Victoria, BC Suite 202 (corner of Shakespeare and Bay St near Jubilee Hospital)- Click HERE for map. Spacious, lots of light, lots of props and chairs too!
