Essentrics Aging Backwards

Mondays 9:30-10:20

February 2, 9, 23, March 2, 9 (NO CLASS Feb 16)

This is a 5 week session 

A  full-body class designed to release tension and restore mobility. Using slow, deliberate, flowing movements, we help “unglue” and rehydrate fascia so tissues can glide freely. The result: reduced chronic tightness, improved range of motion, and a body that feels strong, open, and comfortable — inside and out.

Can't  make it? No problem, a recording will be available for 1 week following each class.

Gentle Yoga to Feel Good

A supportive practice for stress relief, nervous system balance and whole body support

Thursdays, 6:00-7:00pm

February 5, 12, 26 (no class Feb 19) 

A recording will be provided for 1 week following each class so no worries if you miss a class. You can practice throughout the week. 

This practice supports the back, hips, and shoulders—really, the whole body—through mindful yoga that builds accessible strength for everyday life. You’ll explore core awareness and simple, therapeutic tools to improve support, mobility, and ease. We’ll close with a guided relaxation to support more restful sleep..
Drop in is $20/class or if you register for all 3 it is $48.
Email me if you are planning to drop no later than 3 hours before class starts and you can etransfer me and I will send you the link.
