Movement is essential to our health
It helps us connect to our body, empowers us while giving us a sense of well-being and is essential for independence as we age.

We don't have control over everything that happens but we can choose to regularly move our body to support our health. If we can find ways to develop awareness and self care we can help reduce stress. And, if we can take this one step further to offer ourselves compassion and start where we are.
