  • Myofascial techniques

  • Therapeutic Yoga for back, shoulders & hips

  • Somatics

  • Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.

Step away from everyday stress in these few hours. As nature opens up to new beginnings in this time of year, we can too with self-care and renewal in a few luxurious hours dedicated to nourishing your body, mind, and soul.

We will gently strengthen the body, release  tension and soothe the nervous system leaving you feeling restored and peaceful. Embrace the opportunity to slow down and find solace in this rejuvenating experience.                 Accessible for all levels. 

What is self care?  

The oxford dictionary describes it as:  "the practice of activities that are necessary to sustain life and health"

This Yoga studio in Oak Bay is a tranquil space with lots of props available to be as comfortable as possible for our mini retreat.
