Give yourself the gift of deep rest and compassionate care. This therapeutic retreat is designed to support your body, calm your mind, and nourish your nervous system.

Through a blend of gentle therapeutic movement, stillness, nd mindful self-care, you’ll be guided back to a sense of ease and inner connection.

 In this mini-retreat, we will explore:

  • Postures that restore balance, strength & mobility

  • Myofascial techniques

  • Therapeutic Yoga for back, shoulders & hips

  • Somatics

  • Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.

Self care is essential for our well-being

We will gently strengthen the body, release  tension and soothe the nervous system leaving you feeling restored and peaceful. Embrace the opportunity to slow down and find solace in this rejuvenating experience.                 Accessible for all levels. 

What is self care?  

The oxford dictionary describes it as:  "the practice of activities that are necessary to sustain life and health"

This Yoga studio in Oak Bay is a tranquil space with lots of props available to be as comfortable as possible for our mini retreat.
