Welcome!

I've been practicing yoga for 25 years and value not only the physical benefits, but the internal strength it nurtures. Out of the need to work with my own physical injuries, I embraced the fullness of yoga and other modalities. In 2013 I received my first Yoga certification and since then have enjoyed the interplay of yoga with a rich variety of other practices.

 

My dedication is to help people find ways to move best suited for them, which will support ease of movement and strength in their bodies. As a result, this will nurture healthy aging. I want to grow a community which values well-being, acceptance of our whole selves and an openness to healthy growth and change,.​​
